Face to face : an exploration of website identity in the charitable sector

"The purpose of this research was to identify and explore the features of websites hosted by registered charities in Canada in order to assess the extent to which this web vehicle:
a. Reflects the mission of the organization;
b. Reflects the programs and services that are designed to accomplish this mission;
c. Depicts the personal and collective impact of these programs and services and
d. Provides an opportunity for immediate action to support the mission (e.g. donate or
volunteer)."
