Brittany has developed an expertise in social innovation, particularly as it applies to Canadian charities. While at Imagine Canada, Brittany co-authored the Earned Income Framework: Mainstreaming the key concept for charities and nonprofits. She is also a Research Associate for the Carleton Centre of Community Innovation and a co-founding board member of JustChange, a micro-granting initiative in the city of Ottawa.
